I believe there is some far eastern currency that does carry the swastika but I can't remember which country is was. The swastika isn't a main device feature but is part of the background decoration.

Russia 1000 rubl note of 1917g have swastika in center of note. This is issue of State Duma, Provisional Governement of Kerenski and have portrait of State Duma(legislature) on back of note.

It not list in specialized catalog, it is regular State issue note. Kerenski government print so many of them, note in nice unused would be about 500 rub., but note like above, about 100 rub.
