I visited CoinFest on Friday & Sunday. These two days were lightly attended. I'm told that Saturday was the busy day with most dealers reporting the most coins sold on Saturday. They had some dealers set-up down a long hallway and some others in a side room. You would miss them if you didn't look hard. I'm going to post a couple of the coins I purchased in another thread. Can you guess which country this one is from?
I went to coin fest on Saturday with two of my buddies. We had a great time at the show. I saw lots of dealers and friends I haven't seen since I last went to Memphis. I was trying to sell some Nationals but no one was buying. My two buddies got some barber dimes and some Indian cents. we had a nice time. Now comes the Big But... We were within the first 100 people to register and we were to get a loop for your eyeglasses. Well we got a card to be redemed from nov 10-15th at a coin store on Main St in Elmsford, NY. When you get a free its should be there not in the next state and for a certain time. Did the first 100 people who got a silver Dollar the next day, did they get a coin or a piece of paper to be redeemed at a later date??? Dean 295
