To be able to answer such a question, first, we need to learn what the money "itself" is. And, this has been the topic of this thread from the first posts to all posts in whole thread. And, learning the money itself includes learning the one cent coin. And, if the one cent were a small issue, there would/might have not been any bigger issues with the money.
