I wouldnt be serious about colelcting if I hadnt found this site. The one who started me in collecting was my Grandpa, He has since passed away, and there is no one around to talk coins with. He was not a technical collector. Im not even sure if he could grade a coin (im sure he would surprise me with his knowledge, If I could talk to him now about it.). Once I joined here, I learnt the ins and outs about collecting, everything from AT and NT, cleaning, slabbing coins, keys and semi keys, books, and most importantly .. Grading.</p><p>Regardless if you know a ton or are still green, this forum is a great place for the education you need to become a knowledgable collector.</p><p><br /></p><p>and with all that said.&nbsp; Ive been an a** latley.
