I'm looking over what was posted so far and it seems SERVICE is the key to people loving their stores. I would have thought there would be more posts about selection, deals, gimmicks like bid boards...
Inventory/selection varies all the time for any dealer. Each time you enter a shop, you want to look for and ask about what may be new to the store. Each new store you go to is a whole new experience in selection. The same with deals, depending on what is hot/not or what the shop needs to move, deals may follow merchandise that's moving or be used to draw customers into a sale, into the store. Gimmicks may be deals, similar in some ways.
