As a sidenote a customer like this will often go to another shop and start whining about how terrible the guy they just left was. Well guess what? Whether or not we really "like" a competing dealer or not it sets off red flags in the next shop owners mind. I'm serious here. I've had people complain about another local dealer that I've known for years. Nicest guy you'd want to meet so that tells me a lot about the customer and they don't even know it. In the years I managed various businesses (mainly gas stations and truck stops) I fired one employee for being abusive to a customer. I banned a lot more customers from the stores I ran.[/QUOTE]
