There&#039;s a few that are always in the same town/city, but some are not. But just about all the major shows will have something the family could do in the area.</p><p><br /></p><p>It also depends on how far you can travel. There&#039;s major shows near Chicago, St. Louis, and Baltimore every year. Long Beach (Cal.) is held every 3 months (or is it 4 months), and FUN (FL) is held twice a year. All of those have tons of things to do nearby. </p><p><br /></p><p>And there are any number of smaller shows being held virtually every week of the year at some place in the country.
