Coin Shop Workers Kill Armed Robber In Shootout

OMG, I knew this thread was going to take a turn into a discussion like this:hatch:

My position, I don;t care...if I am trying to make an honest buck, and some schmuck is pointing a gun at me, with no regards of his actions and how he will use it, then my fear will also be performed exactly in the same manner. My reaction will always be much more justified, plain and simple.
How many other people was he sucessful in killing prior to this incident.

On another note, he was in California, would he have got the death penalty if he was caught anyway?
