Reminded me of a time 15 years ago when I went to the BofA branch in New Delhi, India to withdraw cash. They gave me all large bills of $500 (Rupies) which I would never be able to spend on the street because no one there had enough money to give change for a $500 bill. So I asked the teller to break some of the bills to 5, 10, and 20's. She refused, and after I pressed her for a few minutes she yelled "We are here only to TAKE your money, nothing else!".
