Coin purchases for 2010/review

Well today is my last coin shop visit for 2010. I go once a month and this is my day for December. I have spent about twice as much as last year, which by the way was the first year for me to get back into my child hood hobby after a 30+ year break. Got two kids thru College and also married off two girls, so you can understand what my money priorities were. Now it's my turn. :smile Mostly I have been filling in the holes for the sets I am going after. What's ironic is part of my purchases are upgrades to the stuff I got as a kid, but that's part of my strategy. I want the sets I am chasing to be as pristine as possible (budget wise). Sooner or later this stops and I will have those KEYS facing me. I bought some real nice coins this years, including a couple of "KEYS". I am having a blast and glad to have a new hobby. I am the only one in my family (all sides) that likes coins, but they also support my new addiction. Bought some coins from people I met on this forum and each time was a pleasant experience by the way. This year I also went to the Fort Worth show and I plan to go in 2011. Even met Penny Lady at the show. I hope one day to get a couple of coins from her. Signed up for Coin World and just trying to soak up all I can. I still have a lot to learn and this forum is a primary source.

May 2011 be good for all of us..:thumb:
