Coin Outta The Vault...Part 17

He, at one point was the pilot for the king and queen of Tripoli Libya and he was stationed in many different places. He has been from in the air, to stranded at sea for days. My grandpa had done it all.</p><p><br /></p><p>One thing I know about my late grandpa, is that he collected coins, at one point that mighty collection of his was valued at 250K, and he collected coins from everywhere he went. I have coins from EVERYWHERE! Why do I have them? Simply because in 1991 a small portion of that $250,000 collection was passed down to my dad and in 2008, I got the small collection. (When I say small, I really do mean in value, when it was in its entirety, it was worth less than 1K)</p><p><br /></p><p>So onto the coin!</p><p>1918 20 Centavos from the Philippines </p><p>I love the design of these coins, but what I love even more are the words on the back of the holder.</p><p><br /></p><p>"Found by SGT WH Fenlon 1944 WWII From One Who Lost The Use Of It"</p><p>No clue if my grandpa actually got the coin from that person, or he just kicked his butt for it.
