It contains a 1999 Pennsylvania State Quarter. The Quarter looked toned as it was almost the same color as the holder surrounding the coin.</p><p><br /></p><p>It is a Christmas ornament. The date on the packaging was the same as the Quarter, 1999. It&#039;s advertised as a part of The American Spirit Collection. I&#039;ve never heard of it, let alone seen one. I wasn&#039;t about to pay $7.00 for it but I did manage to get these two photos.</p><p><br /></p><p>And it&#039;s put out by Hallmark, the greeting card company. The coin is from the US Mint.
