Shouldn't the responsibility for counting it be on the recipients, since they are legally required to accept coins as payment? (How do places get away with refusing $1 coins, for that matter?) Am I wrong about this; is there a legal limit on the percent of something you can pay for in small units? For example, buying a car with %50 $1 bills?
