Very innovative. I also hear U.S. Mint officials are having a meeting with the Canadian Mint officials to see what it is they are doing better than us. Gold-Austria-Comface.jpg

Should be the other way around, Canadian Mint needs to go to U.S. mint and figure out how to get rid of their milk spotted coins and endless gimmicky coins.

Is this the obverse and reverse of the same coin? Shouldn't we see parts of the design through the grillwork?

Nice. Honestly, I think the US Mint could take pointers from just about any other nation out there.

Have you seen any dealers complete listings of modern Canadia coins? OMG! Talk about gimmicks!

I like the Britannia's. The way they use their national allegorical symbol like the US used to do with theirs back when our coinage was great. I was somewhat disappointed the only change this year was a roughed field.
