I am a newby to notes really but been a member here and elsewhere for some years as a coin collector. I seem to have build up a reasonable banknote collection quite quickly......world notes............WW2 Jewish Ghetto notes, Chinese, British and Canadian for the most part. Some are graded by PMG.........I have focused on higher grade notes and more recently high denominations.........Canadian 20, 50 and 100 dollars and British 20 and 50 pound notes. Gill PMG66 is really nice............hope to be posting on here will some scans in due course.............marbury

    I dabble in notes too.
There has been many more added to this group and a few removed for sale.

    Dave,

Thats a nice mix in great condition. You obviously think of resale value first.
What is the first note on the next page after 1 dollar bill, please?

A friend of mine, more knowledgeable than I, says the Cuban notes were printed in sheets (with the perforations); some notes had the perfs "trimmed" .

Aren't all notes printed in sheets and than cut?
I guess printing perforated sheets was easier

Those two one and five pound notes are just great designs, I have a couple of the Lion and Key back notes (one to be sold soon, don't need two...) and the Saint George with the dragon one pound note is on my get-it list...
