Haven't been doing much with the hobby as of late. Went to the local Albertsons Supermarket market today and got this in change. 1946. First silver I have received in change in years. I know it's not worth much but it did get my interest in coins a jump start.

When I started collecting again about two years ago I thought if I will ever receive any silver back in change. Since this October I have gotten two silver dimes and a quarter! They are still out there and I feel like a million bucks when I find something 'in the wild'

Cool! Why can't I be so lucky? Did get another Truman coins and chronicles raw set for $150.00 I'm buying all I can get. At a 17,000 mintage, I don't feel I have anything to lose and possibly everything to gain.

It is amazing what a little surprise circulation find like a silver dime can do, preferably for life.

A great find. I haven't found any silver in circulation for years.
