I've been arguing with a gentleman about this coin, I say damage, he says it happened at the mint. Can anyone validate my answer as correct? Looks damaged. I say this because of the irregular shape on the right of the Obverse side. Looks flattened. Not a Mint Error.

I will say that your coin has Damage that occurred after it was struck in a coin press. Where the damage was done I can not say.
It may have been damaged at the mint, dropped on floor and run over by a cart that carries coins around, picked up and put back in cart.
There is a listing for "Post-Strike Mint Damage" on http://www.error-ref.com/

That's a interesting theory. That cart must be really heavy to do that damage. But I think it was intentionall damage after it left the Mint. According to my Philadelphia US Mint tour.. All coins that fall on the floor stay on the floor until swept away ;)
