If you do not, and most do not, you WILL damage your coins.</p><p><br /></p><p>And as Dave said above, knowing which coins to even attempt trying to dip them - well that is truly the hardest part. And it requires a great deal of experience to do so.</p><p><br /></p><p>In any event, dipping a coin with any commercial coin dip, stress any, is a crapshoot.
