It's a replica(the WRL mark is for Westair Reproductions Limited) of a coin of Roman emperor Antoninus Pius.

Is there any reason to keep this? (I'm not very familiar with the coin terminology).
    Is there any value?

I no longer see it as a current item on their website but the value is at best a souvenir gift shop item ~$5 which no collector of real ones would be likely to pay.
