I use the Whitman Classic Albums for many reasons. one is the availability of the Albums, additional pages, additional slips, press on letters and numbers in Gold. The blue coloring is great for Copper coins but does not show off Silver ones as much. The brownish color of Dansco's make the Copper coins look less that what they are. Sort of blends in with theh pages. Intercept shields are to expensive for me and very difficult to find. I always suggest for normal coins to just put into an Album. Almost all albums today are basically the same, just different colors and a slight difference in sizes. I put all my Whitman Albums in gallon sized Zip Lock bags and they fit perfectly. Dansco's will fit too but some don't make it for some reason. I like the ability to make a Lincoln Cent Album from 1909 to present and all proofs and still have room for the future since I can add pages. Then too with the availability of blank pages I can and do make my own albums. So far well over 100 Whitman Albums and still more to come. However, to each his own.[/QUOTE]
