I'm actually the person responsible for handling consignment emails like this. You wouldn't believe how much there is to do, just for that. I probably see ten Athenian dekadrachms a month (all very fake, of course). I usually have to triage emails. Better coins of course get top priority, as do smaller, easier to manage groups. Urgent current-auction related questions are handled almost immediately. For something like this, I would probably have to put it off until I had the time to properly research it. Over a hundred Syro-Phoenician tetradrachms, prices on which could range from less than a hundred to several thousand? I'd rather not dash off a quick response for something like that! In that case I always try to at least confirm receipt of the message.

Now, in this case, it really was sitting in junk mail for a few months. I was only forwarded the original this morning.

@Cyrrhus - you can always PM me here and let me know you're looking to unload something! Totally understand if you want to go with Agora, though. Some of your pieces would do better at CNG, but others would do better there.

Totally agree. Also, I was not trying to hijack the thread. I only commented because someone brought up that we had not replied to an email. But either way, you can't go wrong.

When ever I contact CNG they respond very quickly. Their
response time is no more than 30-45 min.
I hope they have corrected the situation with Cyrrhus.
I plan on using them soon to clear out some duplicates.
