When there&#039;s a prior equaling your live bid it immediately shows up so it can&#039;t be manual. w.r.t Stack&#039;s I can&#039;t remember what happened in such occasions. I also don&#039;t remember them having this double bidding step, but I don&#039;t bid in their auctions too often.
