Nope, you hire people like me that have a decent knowledge of coins and a proven record of being trustworthy based on other jobs I had involving large amounts of money and inventory. I didn&#039;t ask my boss for a job. He asked me if I wanted a job there.</p><p>People with my background are few and far between. There are many that would actually qualify on this forum and there are a few of us that have been lucky enough to be asked to work in a shop. </p><p><br /></p><p>In our shop you can NOT use our bathroom as it&#039;s behind the counter and very few are allowed back there period. There&#039;s a restaurant down the block.</p><p><br /></p><p>If we were to be open 7 days a week my boss, one coworker and I would work seven days a week. I&#039;m getting lazy as I get older.
