First question what time did you call? Second question are you sure he was open?

You can call the carpet shop my brother owns 24/7 and the phone will be answered "Schmidt's Carpet". Why? Because the number goes to MY cellphone. If you call I may be at the shop, I may be at the Hospital. You call on the weekend afternoons I will be at home and you will have woken me up because I am trying to get some sleep because I have to go in and work thirds at the hospital. As mentioned that dealer may be at a show, or he may be home trying to relax and spend time with his family when you called him on a Sunday. Most people would never even think of trying to find a coin shop on a Sunday so he may have started pulling your leg for that reason. I mean if I get a call Sunday afternoon from someone who wants to know if I have any remnants, and he wants one big enough to do a 20 by 30 foot room I'll probably tell him sure, come on down, I'm not in the shop at the moment though. I'm across the street. Just come on over and start knocking on the door. You'll have to knock hard though or I probably won't hear you. Then I'll roll over and go back to sleep hoping he follows instructions. The building across the street is the Sheriffs Dept and the County Jail.
