Welcome back money graders ! i do not have a note to compare the error with
So if we are going with just the naked eye here, Margins are pretty good, not great
The problem being the lower margin on front which screams 65PPQ also if you noticed there is a slight crease on the error portion on the tip, that i think would drop this note to a solid 64PP, i noticed some of you were in the 62 range, 62,s and
61,s are very rare, your margins in this grade are so far off, if there are any at all
almost like being cut by hand !!

I have ever posted, this 1928E $2 Red Seal is really worth allot, just not in this
Condition !

Because of the degree of difficulty on this note, i will be offering 3 Points

3. whats the apparent grade 1.0
