    @lordmarcovan did you notice the graffiti on the coin?the right side of the Harp has the number (50) and some other details carved into it.

    I don't think so. That's all just remnants of the original design.

    Look at the Numista plate coin, which is similarly well worn.

    The Numista plate coin for the half crown shows a higher grade piece with more of those original harp frame details intact.
