LordM Giveaway #74 (pick your *mystery* prize) This contest is now CLOSED. The winner was announced in Post #59. This giveaway is brought to you by Grace and Elvis. Hello, and welcome to the latest giveaway. How 'bout we keep on with the "mystery" lots, like last time? To enter this giveaway: 1. Type the words "entry post" at the top of your entry. You may reply to this thread multiple times, but only one entry post per contestant. 2. Pick from which category you would like your prize to be. The "mystery" prize lot will be items of my choice from your chosen category, and will likely include approximately $30-40-ish USD worth of stuff. The categories you may choose from are: A- Ancient and/or Medieval Coins (silver unlikely but not impossible) B- World Coins (possibly some silver, maybe a slab) C- US Coins (possibly some silver, maybe a slab) D- Mixed Bag (an assortment, possibly some silver, maybe a slab) 3. If you win, please post here later to share the news of what you got, so we will all know that you received your prize. Alternately, if you do not feel like entering the contest on your own behalf, you may nominate another CoinTalk member to receive your prize instead. Just name your designated member. Then if you do win the drawing, your nominee will get the prize credit. Entries from international members are welcome. As usual, there is no shipping charge nor any strings attached. Minors, please get your parents' permission to receive items in the mail. The random drawing should take place sometime in early August, 2022, but if it happens to get delayed by my absence, you may consider the contest to still be open and running until I return and announce its closing. @steve westermeier - you tried to enter the last contest after it had closed. Now's your chance to enter a new one.
By the way, y'all may recall that we gave away a sweet Canadian Centennial set recently, in the @Railguy giveaway. I just discovered an identical 1967 Canadian set (sans the outer envelope) in my own inventory. So if anybody wants one, that's an option if you choose Category B in this contest.
Yes it is snagged it for $100 on the bay.Did not have one and unlike the others couldn't resist the original shipwreck pinta with still great details.
That's about what I paid for one I had, more than ten years ago. So probably not too bad a deal. Mine was in an old small ANACS holder.
Entry Post, Just because I love the chance to win something. The sound of "He's a winner." rings well in my ears. LOL Cat. C or D looks good to me.
Entry Post Category A - Ancients. Thankyou @lordmarcovan for the opportunity. Can I take this moment to wish all Americans a great long weekend and a happy 4th July. My cat, Smarty, has a holiday everyday
Entry Post. D - Mixed Bag. Am entering this on behalf of my 3 young nephews - brothers - who are child collectors whose parents don't allow them to be members of mostly-adult groups like CT. They just won the last Giveaway that Rob ran and are looking forward to receiving their prize! Thank you so much for doing these Rob! It is very much appreciated!
