[CLOSED] LordM Giveaway #137 (2026 FUN show Mystery Prize)

The mystery prize was announced in Post #36, and as it happens, there IS a Civil War token in the 3-piece lot. It doesn't have a ship on it, though.

 

The FUN show is over, so the prize has been bought.

The final prize lot consists of three pieces:

• An 1863 Civil War token (Indian Head/"IOU")
• A 1999 Lincoln cent, off-center error, ANACS MS66 Red, in an old soap bar holder
• A 2026 FUN show medal

Sorry the late addition of the prize has caused some confusion. When I posted the original post, I had no idea what the prize(s) were going to be, obviously.

 

Thanks. I try. It is a labor of love. I spent a little more than the stated fifty bucks on this prize lot, but not too much more.

 

Since I will be out of the office over the weekend, I have decided to do the drawing on the 31st instead of the 1st.

So here we go.

OK, you will recall that people entered this particular contest by suggesting a prize for me to buy at the FUN show. What that prize ended up being was this 3-piece lot:

• A cool 1863 “IOU” token (mislabeled as a “Hard Time(s)” token but it’s a Civil War token)
• A lusterbomb 1999 MS66 RD off-center cent in an old ANACS soapbar holder, and
• A prooflike 2026 FUN show medal.

COINgratulations, @tibor! So that's your loot.

OR... Per your suggestion, however, I did buy a Seated quarter at the show, so if you would rather have that, you may. Click here to see it.
