Actually, it was "A dingo ate my baby" which was attributed to the mother.
There were several phrases that they attributed to her, all variations of the same that she called out to her husband.

 

I was quoting Elaine on Seinfeld. You are referring to Lindy Chamberlain-Creighton.

I didn't take it in poor taste. I use it once in a great while to make a point and did use it once to make a very pointed remark to a very obnoxious person.

 

I love the way Elaine says that line. It really cracks me up.

The dingo is legendary as Australia's wild dog, though it also occurs in Southeast Asia. The Australian animals may be descendents of Asian dingoes that were introduced to the continent some 3,000 to 4,000 years ago.

The cards went out this morning except for BasaSWarick as he lives in NZ on the farside of the world well from me.
