My most interesting find was a 1943 Newfoundland 10 cent piece. 80% silver like Canadian dimes. This by far the rarest coin I own at around 50% of the mintage of a 1916-D Mercury. But sadly only worth about 10.00. Found in a bank roll of dimes several years ago.

@Cheech9712 OK We saw Standing Liberty Quarters in change almost everyday. Most were worn but recognizable to date and mint. Here is an example of one that was nicer than most. I was very proud and excited when I found it.

I have a coin book that was my grandfather's I have many of the spots filled through roll-hunting. It is silver dimes from 1946-1964.

    Here are some photos.

The foreign coin I got recently from a CWR. The Morgan's from a teller. The walking liberty and Franklin from 2 separate CWR. I've gotten mercury dimes too. It's always cool to see an obsolete design. 20230606_234216.jpg 20230606_234208.jpg 20230606_234107.jpg 20230606_234059.jpg 20230606_233612.jpg 20230606_233602.jpg

Thank you for helping with that. It’ll save me some hassle. I’ll look it over and post the poll when I can.

(We’re limited to ten entries per contest because that’s the most the poll option on this forum will handle.)

I’m waiting until I have access to a regular mouse and keyboard setup before I create the poll thread. I don’t like doing more complex posts with my phone. Stay tuned for later.
