masterswimmer A Caretaker, can't take it with me

Thank you. That's awfully nice of you. I like the opportunity in your contests though. A freebie through a handout isn't what I'm looking for. I enjoy the game of chance. Again, thanks a bunch.

No prob at all! I may not run another for nickels though. This one was a bit of a flop. Maybe I'll do one more for the next roll, if no YNs contact me before hand.
    Enjoy your weekend.

Regardless of the prize, it takes a 'moment' to get the ball rolling. If you do another one, give it a few days for folks to find it.
For example, I just now found out about this one and it's already closed.

Also, as stated by Aquaman, I don't want anything free, I like to win !!
Preferably silver coins, such as War Nickels, but I also like foreign coins, silver or not.
To paraphrase Shakespeare : " To Enter, To Enter, Perchance to Win."

On your mention of Young Numismatics, I have to speak of my Grandchildren. I have twin Grandsons who, though not numismatically inclined themselves, do recognize my interest. They are currently 13 yrs of age and when they were about 4 or 5, I was searching pennies for rarities. Someone gave them each a handful of change and the first thing they did was select the cleanest, brightest, and shiniest penny each of them could find and present them to me because they knew "I collect pennies". Those were 2 shield pennies with no real numismatic value, but in their minds, because they were shiny and bright, those pennies were the very best they had, and they gave them to me. I put them in flips and wrote their names and the date they gave them to me on the flip. I have them put away, and even if I sell or give away or otherwise do away with my entire collection, I will never, ever part with those two coins.
As for my Granddaughter, she is very money-oriented, in the financial sense, but not in the collecting sense. Collecting money to her is all about "How much do I have and when can I spend it?". She is only 10 yrs old, however, she is gaining some real insight into the value of money : She loans money to her brothers so they can buy video games, and then charges them interest until they pay her back.
Father's Day just passed and when she gave me a gift, it was in a small, brown-paper gift bag that she had decorated herself, with hand-drawn images of various denominations of coins. I will date the inside of that gift bag 06-20-21 and keep it close by for as long as I have control of my possessions.

Anyway, if you throw another party, I'm in. Thanks to you for the previous ones.

Sorry about running it so quickly. I'll give it a little longer next time. Enjoy your weekend.
