clogged digit? over inking?

    Im not sure what to call this, it reminds me of a filled die on a coin. I've googled searched this but coming up with zilch. Is it an error? I doubt itsvery collectible if I cant find a reference but just want to know. 20131dollar2.jpg 20131dollar.jpg

    That's what Google is calling it? Zilch? I thought it was just over inking ;)

    no but google also didnt show anything close to that when I searched. So your thought is over inking?

    Could be a simple digit smear..
    It's the last digit in the serial number so when the 6 turned into a 7 it might of gotten a bit stuck while it was making the imprint onto the paper then smeared upwards when it straightend causing it to give the effect.
