Clipped planchet?

    Long time lurker, first time poster here,...

    I just got into coin roil hunting, you can thank the West Point mint for that. Unfortunately, I'm only getting rolls of old coins, but I found this one and was wondering what everyone's thoughts were. Is it a clipped planchet, or was it damaged after it left the mint? If it's a clipped planchet, is it worth keeping? The coin has plenty of wear,.. so, any insight would be helpful. Thanks!
