Hard to tell if is genuine from those pics, but it looks like it may be. Clips on Franklins aren't terribly common, but they aren't particularly scarce either. That Franklin appears to be circulated, and is by far the most common date. Somewhere in the range of $25-$30 is reasonable, but if you find a sucker it may go up to $40.
Nice variety book you used as the background! It looks like a small straight clip. I agree with physics-fan3.14 price range. I'm no sucker to pay $40 though
