    Found this in an old Whitman album and picked it up for spot. 5% curved clip?

    I would say yes. I see evidence of weakness on the opposite side of the clip - The Blakesley effect occurs on most genuine clipped planchet error coins and is characterised by weakness in the rim opposite the clipped end of the coin.

    That's interesting. Good catch. You can see the rim weakness a little on the obverse as well, immediately to the right of the E.
