Yes, Mike, the Kanzinger's book makes an excellent compliment to Fuld's, because it gives a price list.
Not that a price list is always correct, but it gives you some idea of what to expect.

Using the links, you provided, I was able to find this example of Greg's token, which is being offered at $350.

BTW, thanks for the tip on clearing up digital images.
I'm afraid that is a little over my head, but it may be something our viewers can relate to.
