Around the rim it reads W. &amp; A. J. PACKARD from 9 to 3 o’clock. From 3 to 8 o’clock it reads YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO.</p><p>From what I can gather this is a token issued during the early years of the 1860’s during the Civil War.
