I like roll searching as much as the next guy, but I have seen no thread just for circulation finds. My finds from change are infrequent, but fun nonetheless. Today I found a 1930-D cent in fine condition. Not like finding a 1909-S vdb, but finding a nice 82 year old coin in change can add a bit of excitement to your day.

I went through 40 boxes of halves last week and found 4 each 64's and 15 each 65-70. I average between $120-400 a week in silver based on the current silver prices. The most boxes I have gone through without finding a coin is 20 but have found up to 40 coins in one box. I usually find one 90% to four 40% halves. My bank doesn't charge me any service charges and I buy the tellers donuts once a week for their trouble. I don't know my exact average but I would say I average one a box.

I have found 1964, 1944 & 1904 halves with 11 each 40%. The good news is that is only half of my coin rolls searched!
