Circulating Colored Coin

    It is confusing me if they are putting the red colored coin into circulation or not, but it seems as they are.

    Not sure about that either. There will sure be a circulation version, without added colors. The two red colored versions (one has an extra "C" mintmark on the right) will probably be surcharged. Somewhere I read that the RSL gives a colored piece away for a donation, and I assume they want a little more than $2. ;)

    I believe the correct term would be a Poppy-American Ruben.

    Huh?

    Anyway, you would think any kind of editor would figure out that the article is not clear about its titled point.
