In some parts of the world unusual coins were not put aside. This strange coin circulated for a time.

Any coin that features footprints a la an old-school birth certificate deserves some credit by my reckoning....

I wonder whose footprints those are? Don't tell me: A royal family member, right?

Remember when that Nepalese prince shot his whole family to death with an AK-47 about 20 years ago?

I remember a guy in my coin club who brought his Nepalese proof set and told us the story of the massacre.

Spoiler alert (don't read further if you don't want to know whose footprints)

The footprints belong to medieval Hindu warrior-saint Guru Gorakhnat.
