Circulated binary notes. Any value?

I found a $20 binary from my McDonald's change today. All 5s and 0s. It's not a mirror, repeater, nor radar; just a plain old circulated $20 bill. Does it have any value above face, or should it be spent?

A picture would help in determining value, as condition is everything !

 

The number is 55000005. The reason it stood out was it's two 5s, five 0s and a 5.

 

I think it's probably a spender, just a random mathematical oddity.
