Great coins, Chris. I really like the Edward I, Nero Tet, and the Philip I Philadelphos Tet. I still need to get one since they are usually affordable. Justinian I is great too. Nice assortment this year!
What a clever assortment. Awesome indeed.. I loved the quadriga, and it reveals that Jupiter is your Avatar. Congrats.. and Merry Merry Christmas, brother.
What a great coin year you've had, Chris. Fantastic pick-up's all. I did okay too, including a sweet little karshapana a thoughtful buddy sent me recently. Have a great holiday.
I find it hard to argue with your numbering....I Love your choices and the coins!!! Obviously, you had a VERY GOOD year!!! Congrats!!!!
I hesitate to call any ancient coin mint state, but that Parthian drachm of Vologases III is as close to mint as an ancient can get.
I like Number 4 the best, number 2 is nice but I see why you chose number 1. I am torn over the number 2 spot.
Fun assortment! Diverse, as to be expected, but all individually great. I like 1, 4, 6 and 9 best, in that order.
I like #9 more than you do and #2 not as much but overall I can't dispute the order and would be happy to own any of them. Of the top group, I like the as best for better than average surfaces. May 2016 give you even harer choices when it comes time to do this again.
You ever get bored of the Justinian and/or the Republic coins, I'll take one for the CT Ancients team and give them a new home All of them though are great pickups! Good year for ya Chrsmat!
