Cooler than a frigidaire! Great contest Kasia, Thanks a million +1!! I'll be glad when the fat lady sings. Most likely between the drumstick and the finger lickin' good.

As I've run websites myself with ads on them, I know the owners of the site can't directly tell people to click on ads but as a regular member and hopefully there's no rules against it but if you can't afford a subscription, just clicking on ads from time to time helps support sites like this as well.
I was thinking about that, I use firefox and I can not see any ads on here!, I disabled all the ad blocking plugins and still no ads, is it just me or is it a firefox issue. I can see the ads on Internet explorer.
I don't know exactly what extra features there are for the subscribers, or how much less advertising there is. Probably you get a couple more perks with what's available through CT. Guess I'll find out when I subscribe (soon). But what I do know, is that the people who run websites cannot be expected to do so so that it will be free for all who come along. It cost's money to run a site and all. And getting advertisers to put there advertisements up (either to click through or otherwise) doesn't always cover it. The way I feel is that it's ok to use a site for free, but if you end up finding that the use of it is in some way super valuable to you, then why not support it and make sure that it continues to be up for you? Sort of like the premise behind the way that PBS runs their marathons to get monetary support. I don't agree with everyone and everything on this site, but it's available to me 24/7 if I want it, and I have actually learned a lot that I didn't from books. Plus it can be just plain fun. So there.....
Well, I doubt it will give me a free pass if I spin off on a political rant...but count me in! Thanks +1
