Maybe I need some better close-ups, but it looks like it might be post-mint damage. I don't see any evidence of the Blakesley Effect and the view of the edge looks a little "hinky" to me. Chris
I think the edge of your coin has been filed/sanded down. On a true Clipped Planchet coin the edge part that is missing will show the Cut and Tear from the blanking press. And it should be flat.
