Hey, No one I talk to seems to know much about these coins beyond 'There are alot of fakes of these so we do not even mess with them." But I do not know if I am holding real fat man coins or not. The coins I have are indeed silver the .xx Value of the silver is UNKNOW!. But they they did indeed acid test AS SILVER when taken to a silver/gold buyer location. They weight 26.4-26.6 Grams and they are 39mm in diameter. I already mentioned they are indeed silver but I will state this to go ahead and get it covered, a Magnet does not stick to them. The markings I have seen match all known markings of the ones I can find online and From what I can tell is I have one from EACH year they were officially minted ( 1914,1919,1920,1921) CAN ANYONE tell me ANY tell tell markings or known fakes that maybe I have not noticed in my coins? Or Any way to I can verify the coins authenticity?
