Chicago ANA Roll Call

I'll be there at table 911 starting with the preshow (which begins August 2 and is open to the public this year) then the regular ANA show all the way through the end. Be sure to stop by and, if you like, let me take your photo for my show report which will be massive this time since I'll be in Chicago for 8 days!! Todd/blueCCPhotos will also be set up at my table taking onsite coin photos.

I'll also be exhibiting my "Penny Potpourri" exhibit for the last time. I first exhibited it at last year's Chicago ANA and since then it's been all around the country for the past year, so now it's time for the exhibit (and my exhibiting career) to be retired. If you get a chance, be sure to check out all the wonderful exhibits in the exhibit area (and be sure to vote for your favorite for the People's Choice award).

I'm already starting to pack since I'm heading out this Friday - can't wait to get there! Hope to see many of you there!

I'm going to go one of the days. Not sure which.

 

I'll be there Thursday, after the BHNC meeting, then Friday, leaving very early Sat AM.

What day are they serving the subpoenas over there? My lovely wife doesn't mind, you see, but I'm a rather timid fellow.

 

I will be there hanging with my wife since I have never met any of you in person, and cruising the tables. Actually be there Saturday to Saturday.

 

I wonder if this ANA show has some "big time" World Coin dealers?

I wish I could go to Chicago so that I could just look for three coins that I need for my collection, but that I cannot find.

 

I'm really looking forward to attending the Heritage "Platinum Night" auction too.
They have a "junk bin", right?

 

You could always try asking someone you know will be there (probably a collector, not a dealer tied to a table) to keep their eyes open for you.

 

I'll be there Thursday and Friday. My first article for The Numismatist, "The Other Side of the Oregon Trail Half Dollar" won a minor award (third place Heath Award) so I am happily coming in to collect it and will wander the floor as well.

I would like to attend but I will be in the middle of a move north into Georgia and starting a new career.
