    Apmex... listing # is 114212534441
I dropped them a note, they'll probably have it fixed shortly.

You could make them a $10 offer...

That poorly photocopied NGC label tells a lot of story ;)

I did the same thing @Burton Strauss III. What ever they were trying to do did not work out so well.

They might have taken a better shot of the coin before it was sent off to be slabbed and they wanted to put it in place of the usual drecky slab shot.

Those prongs are not even in the style of the NGC prongs. Also, if you look closely, you can see a clear prong underneath from 3-5 o'clock and also at 7 o'clock. It doesn't even look like a PCGS prong. ~ Chris

Does anyone know which governmental agency regulates Ebay? (if any)

They have it on their website as well. APMEX is a reputable company, so I’m sure it was a simple error. But yikes! They need to do a quality control check.

Apmex and photo editing sometimes goes wrong. :D
I've seen this type of thing before (NGC label on a PCGS slab).

Ebay is not in a regulated industry like healthcare or power and utilities. The last thing we need is MORE government intervention.
