I can't even tell a 67 from a 68. Even the experts often disagree on the fine points of grading at the top level. You can take a coin, submit it to one of the top TPGs, break it out, sned it back, and get a different grade the second time. Can you imagine having to tell a 97 from a 98, lol?! What scares me is that if it does happen, a 98 will sell for a lot more than a 97 when you'd probably need a microscope to tell the difference. It's bad enough already with a 70 point scale.
but you can clearly tell an MS-65 or MS-68 that he is advertising from the VG he has on a picture... and no one on this site would ever call that thing MS... it is so clear... so it is intentional false advertising
