    Well, I would ask if you're getting a similar product -- full gum, pre-sorted into 49c increments, no denominations under 10c, shipping paid? That's what I offered in the past

    In any case, it's moot now, as I have none for sale. In April, I got back on eBay after a 15-month lapse, and will need all I've got, and more. I already bought one stamp collection, mostly mint after 1971, and have removed a few premium items for resale. Original cost, 73% of face, postpaid, so I did not find any at your very economical 40% to 45% off face, same as 55%-60% of face.

    To avoid confusion, most postage-sellers (including me) quote as xx% OF face, not yy% OFF face; such as 73% of face = 27% off face.
