I have been a long time lurker......perhaps too long. I have learned a great deal and am very grateful.
Was wondering about majorbigtimes handle....Are you now or are you ex military? Hope so because if not as that would make your "handle" a misnomer and we do strive for accuracy here.
By the way I am ex Navy so please don't play me.

Where did you think I acquired my sunny disposition? Let's just say Semper Fi and let it rest at that.

    Speedy,
Dont close the thread. It is a great thread with beautiful coins. Some people just cant leave well enough alone and they keep poking at very good people on the forum. There is no need for this childish behavior.
I will ignore him from this point on but he should be stopped from doing this.

Customary ooohs and ahhhs Charmy. I have to admit that steelie is very nice and I think I actually like it better than the others. Nice additions.

Beautiful cents Penny Lady.. Loved looking at them and glad you posted the '43.. I needed some nice pictures to compare the ones I have acquired recently and most are in as good and some better then yours and I needed some clear visuals to get an idea what they might grade in at.

Have you ever seen, in your travels, a 1962 D DDO? I'm sure I have one.

Here are a few pictures, I would appreciate your opinion.

Wow, do you know how long I have been searching for a rainbow toned premium gem steelie? If you run into anymore of these in your penny adventures, consider me very interested.

It does look a higher grade to me too...wonder what we are missing.

All that toning blinded the grader or it is hiding some very minor tick marks we might not see on the coin. Still a beauty.

I love the FE's too. I wish they had minted them for more years than they did...

If I recall correctly, didn't Penny Lady have a '56 FE for sale a while back? I think I came across her site independently a few times and may have saw one, before I joined this forum...
